The project was a 10-day service-learning trip to the Mexico to work with small scale producers to help improve their access to markets. Students worked with artisans to create digital marketing material and give them tools to continue improving the sales and marketing of their products.
In 2015, I took a group of student to work with artisans in Taxco, Mexico.
We developed a website to help connect silversmiths with global markets.
This was my first service learning project specifically focused on improving entrepreneurial skills of small scale producers.
