The Three-Legged Stool Approach
We have developed a three-legged stool approach. The first leg focuses on developing Entrepreneurial Skills, the second leg focuses on developing Sales & Marketing skills, and the third leg focuses on Accounting & Finance. The combination of these three skills sets will enable entrepreneurs to improve their business operations.
The short video provides an overview of the courses we provide. It relies on Problem-based learning methodologies. In other words, entrepreneurs have real problems that they need to solve in order to successfully launch and grow their business. The course uses action-learning techniques to help entrepreneurs solve these real problems. It relies on the concepts of ‘zone of proximal knowledge’ and ‘concrete experiences’ to help you become a better entrepreneur.
